I’ve always been a skinny kid growing up & could never figure out how to pack on some muscle.

I was an athlete growing up. My two main sports were baseball & football. I played football for 12 years & baseball for 15. I enjoyed playing sports & have always been physically active. But my fitness journey didn’t start once I decided to hang the cleats up.

Four years ago I decided to start my fitness journey. I was unhappy with what I saw in the mirror, I was mentally unstable, depressed, insecure, unhappy with my life, & was looking for a change to make me feel more confident & healthy.

Fast forward a few years & here we are! I’ve been through a lot of ups & downs in my journey so far. It’s all been a learning process, but is ultimately what lead me to decide to become a Personal Trainer. I discovered my passion, learned what self-love meant, & decided to help change the lives of others around me the same way fitness has changed my life.

I graduated Kent State University with a Bachelors of Science. My area of study was exercise science. I became certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

With my knowledge & experience I am 100% confident I can help change your life.

Cam was my first bodybuilding client. He competed in Physique & came in 4th place in his show! He dropped 20lbs & 8% body fat percentage in 9 weeks. He worked hard, did what I told him, & had a strong debut in his career. Excited to see what he does in his next show!
