  1. How did you hear about me?
    1. We graduated high school together!
  2. What made you want to start a plan?
    1. I’ve been working at trying to gain muscle and lose weight and my own process never really worked.
  3. How did you feel to start the plan? Nervous, excited, confident (etc.)
    1. I was nervous and excited to start the plan because I was bulking. Bulking for me meant gaining weight and essentially becoming fat but it wasn’t like that at all.
  4. What were your initial thoughts when receiving the fitness plan?
    1. Receiving the plan made me more excited because there were exercises I never knew about.
  5. What did you like/dislike about the plan?
    1. I liked how we scheduled a FaceTime every Sunday to review my previous week and downfalls. That helped me stay focused and want to be able to tell you good things that happened and not the bad. Which in return makes me work harder.
  6. Did you learn about fitness or anything else from the plan?
    1. I learned that the mind muscle connection is very important as well as your form. Never surrender your form, ever!
  7. Were you happy with your progress?
    1. I was very happy with my progress! I was lifting heavier than I have ever lifted before and that was exciting.
  8. How did you feel about working with me?
    1. I loved working with you and would thoroughly enjoy continuing that relationship.
  9. Would you recommend me to a friend or family member?
    1. I would recommend you to the world!

    1. I’m really proud of how far you have come in your career. Not only physically (because you are jacked now) but also how much you have retained throughout your schooling. Keep doing what you are doing and you will go far. Also, I would really enjoy to work with you again, but only if you will have me (:
