    1. Answer: Friend from high school / football
  2. What made you want to start a plan?
    1. Answer: Watched some of your videos and saw a chance that you could help me grow and become better. You’ve surpassed any expectations!
  3. How did you feel to start the plan? Nervous, excited, confident (etc.)
    1. Answer: Excited for sure! Slightly nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, or if I would be able to understand what each lift would be/ how to properly execute it.
  4. What were your initial thoughts when receiving the fitness plan?
    1. Answer: It was more in depth than I thought it would have been
  5. What did you like/dislike about the plan?
    1. Answer: Loved it! I’ve went through it two or three times now. Absolutely nothing bad.
  6. Did you learn about fitness or anything else from the plan?
    1. Answer: I learned that it’s some small/minor changes that can make the greatest impact.
  7. Were you happy with your progress?
    1. Answer: Absolutely, since moving to Jax I’ve put on roughly five pounds!
  8. How did you feel about working with me?
    1. Answer: Comfortable, really liked the idea of the weekly check in with FaceTime. It showed your commitment to making sure each individual that you wrote a plan for had someone there to help them and talk to them about anything that went on with the plan.
  9. Would you recommend me to a friend or family member?
    1. Answer: Absolutely

    1. Answer: If I didn’t move to Jax, I would for sure pay you to help me train. Absolutely love what you’re doing man. Keep it going, big things are coming your way. Keep creating new workout videos, I watch them and see what I’m doing wrong and can adjust it to help me. Would you mind doing some videos on teardrop muscle on the legs besides leg extensions!!
