A wog is just that, a workout log. Whenever I workout, whether that be a bodybuilding workout, functional training day, stretching WOD, or just a walk with a dog, I will upload it here! The purpose is to log my workouts for two reasons. To help you & myself out.
This will help you because I will give an in depth, detailed description of my workout for you to try out at home! Everything from my warmup to my cooldown will be included with helpful information such as form explanations and rest times so you know exactly what to do with this workout.
This will also help me because I’m able to create a workout log to come back to week after week to see my progression in my fitness journey. For example, let’s say I squatted 225lbs for 5 reps one week, then two weeks later I squat 225 lbs for 8 reps. That is a sign of progress. Now I know I can increase the weight next time I squat for 5 reps.
